Official Confirmation of Orange iPhone 4 Tariff Deals
As a result to the interest that pre-registered customers have shown in the latest iteration of Apple's smartphone, Orange has officially unveiled iPhone 4 tariffs. Buyers will be offered unlimited mobile internet use, no matter the options of their contract, and free access to Wi-Fi networks.
You can now pick up the 16GB model of the phone for free if you opt for a two-year contract; in this case you will have to pay £75 a month. You will be thus offered unlimited texts and calls, 100 roaming minutes in Europe and up to 20MB of web browsing in the EU.
The cheapest two-year contract option costs £30 a month, and comes with a one-off charge of £169 for the 16GB iteration. The price also includes 150 minutes and 250 texts. If you are after the 32GB version, you will pay from £35 per month over a 24-months period of time, and be offered 150 minutes and 250 texts each month. The handset implies an extra charge of £269.
You can use the handset as a mobile broadband dongle for laptops or other 3G broadband enabled devices for no more than £5 per month.
O2 has also broken cover with tariffs. Vodafone, 3 and T-Mobile have not made any announcements yet.
