O2 offer laptops with mobile broadband
In the battle for the best mobile broadband provider, O2 has come up with an ingenius way to include their o2 mobile broadband, by selling laptops which can get online remotely, with 3G HSDPA hardware installed on them.
The two laptops available are the Asus UL30A and the Samsung N150, both offer the advantage of getting online with o2 mobile broadband technology.
The price for each of these is as follows, the Asus will be £80 upfront, along with £30 monthly payment for 24 months. The Samsung laptop will cost just £25 a month with £30 upfront.
Offering limits of 3GB for 3G, each mobile broadband laptop offer some distinct advantages, students for example may see this as an offer they cannot refuse. Both have 3GB mobile broadband but when connecting to a Wi-Fi the limits are 500MB and 750MB, depending on which laptop you choose.
Both laptops are relatively rapid, with fast processor speeds and decent hard drives, and are bundled with software as well as Windows as the operating system.
