New Mobile Broadband Gadget from Deltenna

Internet addicts know how frustrating it can be to be out and about or away from the big city with a smartphone in your hand but unable to catch a mobile broadband signal.

If you cannot connect to the web exactly when you need it, what?s the use of your subscription to broadband technology?

Luckily, UK firm Deltenna seems to have something that can help. They have just introduced a self-install wireless broadband enabler (in short, WiBE). This gadget can create a 2Mbps internet hotspot by means of the 3G mobile broadband network.

You can now avoid any frustrations caused by a signal going as this new piece of technology can help you access your favourite pages even when your mobile does not register a signal.

After extensive rural usage tests done by Deltenna in the UK, the WiBE device seems to be able to offer a great data throughput in places with a bad signal; it outdoes the USB modem in that respect. You will thus no longer need to plug and unplug your dongle hoping to connect.

Deltenna chief executive officer Andrew Fox has pointed out that service providers still cannot deliver fast broadband in certain regions and many people in the UK will find the WiBE the perfect solution. Smartphones, laptops and VoIP devices can all be connected using an internal WiFi router.
