Mobile broadband usage increasing rapidly

Recent research has proven that mobile broadband is definitely set to grow and grow. This is not only in the United Kingdom, but throughout the rest of the world also.

As the world turns to mobile broadband and more and more people go online, a research centre named ABI released figures indicating a 30 million increase in usb modem sales, which would be fifty five percent growth in one year alone.

A usb modem allows laptop owners to get online anywhere in the country, as long as they have a 3G signal. Of particular interest to business owners, business mobile broadband is many times a necessity as business people have meetings to attend and travelling is usually part and parcel of the job.

This could be a major reason why mobile broadband usage is growing exponentially all over the world. All it costs to get mobile broadband is around £10 a month if with a contract, and the usb modem comes free.

Experts who poured over the research have agreed with it's findings, adding how in demand mobile broadband is currently, especially as the cost to get online remotely is so cheap.
