In car wifi access wanted by half the population!

According to leading telecoms provider Three, there are a huge number of Britons who desire to be able to access the internet from their cars. A whopping 71% admitted they would ideally like to connect to the internet using Wi-Fi if possible.

This could mean that mobile broadband could lead the way for those who want internet access from their cars now. This could be ideal for people taking short breaks but who don't want to miss out on anything going on on facebook, or more importantly, schedule meetings or work for the week ahead with other colleagues.

Even with a huge number of travellers expected to be making the most of the weekend there could be long delays and tailbacks, something mobile broadband could keep the kids busy and avoid boredom and arguments!

This could open up a new market for mobile broadband providers, offering to entertain passengers while on their journey, whether for work or pleasure.

Three are offering an in car Wi-fi solution for those who want to get online while on the move.

As far as great mobile broadband deals are concerned, Three are running a tantalising selection of deals starting at £7.50 for 1GB 3G mobile broadband.
